Low Season: May - December: £425 per night plus 10% SEL tax paid on behalf of the guests by us to the government

High Season: January - April: £600 per night  plus 10% SEL tax paid on behalf of the guests by us to the government

Minimum stay Christmas two weeks (Over Christmas and New Year) £850 per night

Surcharge for guests 7 and 8 - £25 per person per night

 

10% discount for stays longer than 3 weeks
